Project context & references

A coastal hospitality concept

Hospitality and shoreline restoration are measured as one waterfront system.

Keep the waterline visible across landscape, ritual, and room.

Setting
A low marsh hotel, a tidal boardwalk, a habitat field station, and the same shoreline at night.
Value
A stay must leave room for ecological return.
Design approach
A generous shoreline panorama with the title and information on separate horizontal levels.
